Shipping & returns

All orders will be shipped the same they are ordered. Delivery is taken care of by DPD including track and trace which you will receive after your order has been shipped.

• 1. We ship on business days. Monday/Friday, excluding national holidays.
• 2. 99% of all orders fit through the mailbox so you don't need to be at home to receive your package.
• 3. All orders are shipped with track and trace so you know exactly when your order will arrive.
• 5. Shipping is free over £50, under £50 you only pay £4,95 shipping costs.

Not fully satisfied with your order? No problem, contact us through the contact form and give us your order number and any extra information you have so our support team can process your return as fast as possible. We try to process your return within 48 hours. Make sure when you return your order that you sent it back with tracking information so you know it really arrived or not. It's important that the product you return has not been damaged and includes all accesoires like batteries, keys and chargers. Returns sent without first going through our support team will not be handled so make sure to always contact us first before sending your order back to us.
